Big Maths Lesson
Today we will be spending the whole lesson concentrating on big maths.
Times tables
Start by watching the supermovers for your 3x and 4x tables (see link below). Can you dance along and keep up with the moves?
Now log on to 'hit the button' and practice your 3x and 4x tables and the related division facts. You will need to click on the 'division' button for this.
Coin multiplication
Have a go at writing out some coin cards for various 2-digit numbers. Watch the video from yesterday if you need to.
X & ÷ by 10
Now practice multiplying these numbers by 10...25, 63, 47, 12, 48, 92. You should be getting pretty good at this now.
Have a go at dividing these numbers by 10...320, 540, 680, 740, 900, 150, 300. Again this should be getting easier.
