Friday

Good morning for one last time... it's FRIDAY and it's the last day of TERM!

It's been fun loading up messages on the website every morning since March.  I hope you've enjoyed looking at the music, the praise, the PE, the thoughts and the facts.  Thank you to all those of you who've sent in pictures of your work - it's been great to see what's been going on and I've appreciated knowing that people have read and reacted to the daily updates.

I've given a zoom invitation below for anyone who wants to join in with class again for one last time this morning from 9am.

Oak Academy Lessons

For those who work with Oak Academy, the link to their classroom is here.

Bitesize

For those who like to keep going with the BBC's bitesize, the week's lessons, which have been split into days and age ranges, can be seen here

  • Daily lessons are here!  Follow the link to open up the full menu of age-appropriate daily lessons. Each lesson is backed by a range of fun videos, games and activities. You can continue to use your home learning exercise books and maths books to write in.  The links below take you straight to your year group for today.

A little bit of something else - geography

I'd like you to finish the topic by making up your own giant wordsearch full of keywords from our 'extreme earth' topic.  You've learned about tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis so there should be plenty of scope!  If you'd like to start off this activity by doing a wordsearch as a practice, then please print off a copy of our Crosby Chronicle summer newsletter.  There's a wordsearch and a maze with a summer theme on the back page.  I hope you enjoy reading the articles that you and your classmates wrote.

Have a wonderful summer break everyone.  Stay safe and have lots of fun.

Very best wishes

Mr Priestley
