    Run, Run, Run

    Ask your parent to go on a walk with you.

    • Ask them to time you as you run to the next tree and back. Try this at least 5 times. Do you get any faster?
    • On the way back you could try running a longer distance, so you will have to run at a slower and steadier pace.

    After running, what changes do you notice in your body?
