This week in literacy we are looking at different types of sentences. Can you remember what is a:
command sentence?
- it is an instruction
- it starts with a bossy verb
- it can also have an adverb in front of the bossy verb
- each command starts on a new line
- it ends with a full stop
Carefully put the baby in his cot.
