Wednesday

Good morning everyone, it's Wednesday again.

If you haven't tried them yet, please go over to PE of the day for three more videos uploaded for today, tomorrow and Friday, just hit this link.  Our Zoom quiz will take place tomorrow (Thursday) at 10am, so we hope to see you all then.

Oak Academy Lessons

For those who would like to keep going with Oak Academy which we started on Monday, the link to their classroom is here.

If you had difficulty navigating this site or loading the resources, just drop me an email or call the school for a chat.  I could arrange a video tutorial.

Select your year group, then 'Schedule'.   I suggest you pick the English and Maths lessons each day.  Feel free to have a look at the other lessons as well, although please leave them out if they prove a little too much as I usually add details of another lesson each day as well (little bit of something else).

You'll also notice there are buttons to click through to weekly assemblies and activity clubs.  These often feature some famous faces!

Bitesize

For those who'd like to keep going with the BBC's bitesize, the week's lessons, which have been split into days and age ranges, can be seen here

  • Daily lessons are here!  Follow the link to open up the full menu of age-appropriate daily lessons. Each lesson is backed by a range of fun videos, games and activities. You can continue to use your home learning exercise books and maths books to write in.  The links below take you straight to your year group for today.

Little bit of something else - Science

Below are eleven BRAND NEW  experiments from Ms Lowthian's big book of fun science experiments  You can do them in any order and go at your own pace.  I'll post an on-line reminder about these next  Wednesday again.  If you have any sciencey questions, Ms Lowthian would love to receive your emails.  If you have any lovely pictures of experiments you've done, please forward to me and I'll put them in the... HALL OF FAME!  The previous group of fourteen experiments are still available to look at - just visit last Wednesday's home learning here.
