Today the class are thinking of someone who is a frontline worker and writing them a letter to show their gratitude. This could be a family member, friend or neighbour or it could be someone who you do not know personally but who would really appreciate a thank you, for example, someone who works for the NHS, a careworker, a police person, a binman, someone who sells or delivers food, your post person etc.
Obviously this may be a little difficult for Timothy to get his head round, if you think it would be easier then maybe he could think of someone else to write a thank you letter to eg. his grandmother or his auntie, for something that they do for him. After discussing the idea with Timmy, please can he:
It would be lovely if you could decorate your letter too. I would love to see your letter before you deliver it! If possible, do send me a photograph.
Have a lovely weekend!
