On Thursday I went to the shops and I got a banana. After that I went on my bike up a big hill. I got very hot!
Please help Timothy to read the above text. Can he draw a picture then write a diary entry of what he did yesterday?
- Please remember to ask Timothy to slowly tell you his sentence first.
- Draw a line for each word using a yellow pen.
- Point to each line as Timothy retells you the sentence again.
- Timothy writes each word on the yellow line. He can use the letter and tricky word mat to help him.
- He reads back his sentence pointing to each word.
If possible it would be good if Timothy could do this completely independently and if you could email me a copy of his work so that I can check his progress.
