Fractions
Log onto espresso and have a go at the activities 'ordering fractions:moons' and 'Ordering fractions:kites'. There are other fraction activities on there too, feel free to have a go at some more.
Then complete the problems on pg49 of workbook. A quick way to find 1 quarter of a number is to halve it then halve again, e.g. To find one quarter of 12... Half of 12 is 6 and half of 6 is 3.
Your child may need some counters to help them work out the problems or they may need to draw a picture.
