Coin multiplication:  Please watch the video about coin multiplication and keep practicing.  It is quite a tricky concept so please spend a little time on it.

Learn its:  Please learn you 3x and 4x tables.  Use supermovers or hit the button or any other method you like.

Minutes and Hours

Using a timer see how many of these little tasks you can do...

• How any times can you write your name in a minute?
• How many skips across the garden can you do in a minute?
• How many words can you read in a minute?
• How many, hops/squats/lunges can you do in a minute?

Now think about things that would take an hour to do.  Can you make a list? Remember there are 60 minutes in an hour.

Roughly how long would these things take...?

• Watch a film
• Eat lunch
• Swim a length of the pool
• Brush your teeth
• Wash your hands
• Get dressed
• Bake a cake
